In front of floors 4 - 6, a comparable floor 1 costs 21.2% less per m².
In Bogotá, an apartment on the floor 11 or more rent 31.9% more per square meter than a comparable apartment on the floor 1, of the same estrato and number of rooms. The floors 2 - 3 change 11.1% and the floors 7 - 10 26.8%.
